Data Entry Operator Qualification/Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 2 year experience in data entry
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Experience with Microsoft Office (excel,word)
Responsibilities:
- Enter personal customer into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets
- Review all data for errors and report and unusually findings to management
- Collect and determine completed of all information before entering into data into software programs
- Work following privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law
